We’re delighted to share some good news from our Derby team – Tom Finnegan has been promoted to Team Leader in our Legal Cashiering team!
Tom’s journey with Ascentant makes this one extra special. He started with us as an apprentice, and it’s been fantastic to see him grow in confidence, develop his skills and take on more responsibility along the way.
Now, he’s stepping into a Team Leader role – a brilliant achievement and a real reflection of the hard work and commitment he’s put in.
For us, this is exactly what development is all about. We want to give people the opportunity to learn, progress and build a career with us, and it’s great to see Tom taking that next step.
